Sports law is also a suigeneris area in terms of regulation and disputes that may arise. The sporting order is an independent legal order and refers to a process in which the entire legislation is subject to many rules and consists of members of different qualifications and who are subject to penalties if these rules are not followed. In terms of the field of regulation of sports law, various laws related to sports law and the most popular branch of sports are fed by regulations in many different fields such as the Turkish Code of Obligations (TBK), the Turkish Criminal Code, the Law No. 6222 on the Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports as well as its own law on football, and it is also supported by various regulations, communiqués and related institutional decisions. Both the legislation and the judiciary of sports law are slightly different from common law. Sports law has its own rules in the world and in our country. In all sports law disputes arising from the receivables of athletes, coaches, technical directors, managers and clubs and suitable for mediation, results can be obtained in a short time with the mediation institution.
