According to Article 5/A of the Turkish Commercial Code, commercial lawsuits, the subject matter is; It is a condition of the case that the mediator is consulted before the lawsuit is filed about the claims and compensation claims that are the payment of a certain amount of money. That is, such cases cannot be brought directly to the commercial court of first instance without recourse to the mediator. If filed, the case will be dismissed for lack of a litigation requirement.
