Intellectual Property Disputes

In accordance with Article 4 of the TCC, since civil cases arising from the issues stipulated in the legislation on Intellectual Property Law will also be considered within the scope of commercial litigation, there will be a mediation case requirement. Trademark, geographical indication and traditional product name, design, patent and utility model related to industrial property rights related to price and compensation cases, compensation cases to be filed due to the responsibility arising from the transfer of design and patent right or without licensing, lawsuits based on copyright arising from works listed within the scope of FSEK such as science and literature, fine art, music, cinema works are among the kinds of disputes that can be applied to the mediator in intellectual property law.
